rode to the landbridge by myself today....temps in the mid 60's. Made it out and back in one hour and 39 minutes a personal best,

Average speed was 12.18 a very nice 20 mile ride

well today it was raining so with the Ipod on and some resolve....I did an hour on the trainer in the garage

makes me appreciate the trails and the road

road to the bench..then on to the bridge....then on to 49th avenue....then on to Nayl's Trail.... then on to 484.....then on to SR 200 ....

then start home .... ended up with 40.1 miles and an average speed on 10.8 mph

Great ride today.... 17 miles in the woods... went to the bench...then on Coyote Corner to 475C then back and hit twister to Dog Bone then out on the yellow.

Averaged just over 12

Well back from NY and a few days of skiing. I got in 3 full days of skiing at Gore Mt. Snow was very good the first two days and OK the last one.

Rode yesterday..... put on 14.7 miles at 11.8 mph. Went to the bench and back then hit twister.

Had a good ride with John yesterday. Ended up with 15.7 miles ( not bad for a weekday ride - racing daylight) averaged 11.4mph
Did the ride to the bench and then twister. John wanted to hurt a little so we went to the bench easy and then hit it fast 14-17 mph on the way back.

He is getting ready for the ididaride and I am leaving for skiing (short trip) tomorrow.

Had a nice ride today, 14miles and and average speed of 11.3. Ran all the trails on the original side and then did twister to dogbone and back to the truck. Felt very good.

Had a great ride today.....rolled very well --- ended up with right at 14 miles and and average speed of 12.08 mph. Went the bench and back via Dogbone then went down the road and hook to the bunny to the perimeter and back to the lot.

Nice long ride this afternoon with neighbor John. Went to theLandbridge then on to 49th avenue and then on towards 484. Ended up with 30 miles and an average spped of 11.3 mph. It was cold about 48 at the start and then slowly falling into the low 40's - with leg & toe warmers and a longsleeve smartwool jersey with a vest --- I felt fine.

Had a nice ride today - 14 miles of blues and yellows with an average of over 11mph. Felt good and rolled steady with no stops. Weather was great- 71 at the start and 68 when I finished.

Had a good ride today.....rode with Tom & Scuba Steve. Very fast ride to the bench and a bunch of other blue & yellow trails. We covered about 15 miles and averaged over 13.5 mph. In the woods that is flying. Nice day -- sunny and about 70 when starting and dropped until we finished by then it was about 60

Today went on an off road ride with my oldest son and my neighbor, John. We did an out and back to the bench and back then did the red loop. Averaged 11.4 mph. John took a pretty good spill but his helmet took the worst of it - he is fine. Nice and warm today mid 70's
